Established by a seasoned pediatric SLP, we’re dedicated to providing holistic, child-centered services and partnering with caregivers to support children’s development and confidence in meaningful ways.
As our practice continues to expand, we’re looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to help us grow our services and support families in several locations across the Raleigh and Wake Forest areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to children with a variety of speech, language, myofunctional and/or feeding difficulties.
- Collaborate with families to provide education and home program support.
- Document progress notes and update goals as needed in accordance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure, and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association: Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
- Training or interest in AAC, sensory-based strategies, and neurodiversity-affirming practices is a plus.
- Compassionate, flexible, and willing to travel to sessions off-site.
Compensation:
- Pay per visit compensation based on experience and caseload.
- License and Certification Reimbursement.
